Scott immediately saw that the pool of competitors already selling products in their category on Amazon was not only cutthroat, but also making claims that were inaccurate – and sometimes simply not true.
“We have made an effort that we’re leading with our science and research, so that someone who buys our products can trust them. But on Amazon, I saw that almost every company was making claims that are unsupported. We have outside expert reports, and a clinical trial…but these other sellers make claims that people believe, but aren’t true.”
After working to optimize their listings on their own, Scott sought help. He was impressed after the first meeting with FBA Reviews. “We have never worried about ToS compliance with FBA Reviews. Amazon has very tight controls on that, and the team at FBA Reviews made it really clear on the front end how they emphasize compliance with Amazon’s ToS.”
Scott knew that they needed to grow sales quickly after a product launch. The results were thrilling: “Since starting the partnership, our reviews have doubled or tripled for our products. We’ve seen more sales in the early days, great feedback, and the doubling or tripling of reviews.”

Through multiple product launches, Scott’s company has continued to see immense growth – and he’s continued to partner with FBA Reviews for each product launch.

To have such incredible success in a short period of time, without asking a single tester to leave a review, much less a positive review, is extraordinary!
Scott recommends that sellers make the jump to partner with FBA Reviews, and put more money towards review generation than some of the other nice-to-haves.
