These Terms of Service apply to any and all users of this site, including and without limitation customers, merchants, amazon sellers, walmart sellers, temu sellers, ebay sellers, target sellers, etsy sellers, or sellers on any other e-commerce platform, merchants, content contributors, agencies, etc.

Please read these Terms of Service before accessing our website, creating an account, or using our services. By accessing this site, contacting us for a meeting, emailing us, or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with our Terms of Service, then you may not access our website or use any of our services.

Section 1: OUR SERVICES

By using our services you understand that the team at FBA Reviews will start working on your order immediately. There are certain workflows that are generated as soon as the order is submitted and the team at FBA Reviews will begin sourcing product testers. Therefore we cannot offer any refunds, returns, or reimbursements.

 FBA Reviews, their parent company, employees, and all assets can not be held responsible for your Amazon Seller Account, Walmart Seller Account, or any other seller account(  Ebay, Etsy, Temu, Target, etc) Product Listing (including any reviews), or future sales. We do not sell product reviews, and our services do not guarantee you will receive more reviews or more sales and we don’t provide any guarantees. You agree to hold us harmless for any loss, damage, or legal liability of your Amazon, Walmart( or any other e-commerce)  business.

By using our services, you understand that our buyer network has multiple ways that they can leave feedback on your product listing. They can email us with their opinions on your product after testing, they can complete and send us the pdf document attached to their accounts, or they can leave feedback in the form of a “review” on your product listing. We do not influence the star rating or feedback attached to a review from our buyer network and they are open to leaving honest feedback whether positive, negative or neutral. 

Your Product Listing will be shared with our product testers so they can purchase your product and provide us with feedback. While we don’t share your information with Amazon Walmart or any other e-commerce platform, we can’t be held responsible if the e-commerce platform you do business with restricts your product reviews, your listing, or if they impose any other restrictions on your account. We are not affiliated with Amazon, Walmart, or any of the other e-commerce platforms and we cannot control the metrics they use to manage seller accounts. 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. 

We reserve the right to adjust the prices of our services at any time for any reason.

We do not warrant that the services we provide will meet your requirements or expectations or that any errors in our services will be corrected.

You understand that we use Stripe as our payment gateway and you are also subject to their privacy policy, along with ours, as well as their terms and conditions. 

Section 2: OUR WEB APPLICATION

By agreeing to our Terms of Service, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age and you have also given consent to any minor dependents under your care to use this site or our web application.

You may not use our products in an illegal way and you may not attempt to introduce bugs, viruses or code of any destructive nature into our systems.

We are not responsible if information made available on this website is not accurate. This information is in a general form only and is not to be relied upon or used as your sole basis for making decisions without consulting more primary, qualified or complete information resources.
